Once all details have been confirmed a proof will be provided for your final signoff, this will be the last chance to make changes before manufacturing.
Delivery
All deliveries are made using National Courier services at our discretion or in person. Standard courier charges may apply.
Goods lost and damaged after receipt by the carrier are the responsibility of the carrier and not MAXPRINT SCREENPRINTING AND EMBRODIERY.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise if there is any problem with goods received.
SAMPLES
Promotional Product samples are generally Free of Charge courtesy of MAXPRINT SCREENPRINTING AND EMBRODIERY.
All clothing samples must be returned in the condition received. Tags to remain on the garment. Garment to be folded and returned to the same packaging. Clothing Samples have a $15+gst reshelving fees paid to suppliers. Our show room has samples available so please ask us first.
Samples must be returned within 10 working days or they will be charged out.
