HOW TO ORDER WITH MAXPRINT

Placing an Order


For all Registered Accounts follow the simple Shopping Cart steps through to final payment section.

For all other customers you can contact us either via e-mail or phone providing us with as much information as possible. Please see below:
  • Product Description / Name / Code
  • Order Quantity for each item for each colour
  • Logo description that you want branded
  • Print colour and location
  • Delivery address
  • Contact Name
  • Delivery Due Date

On receipt of your information, we will make contact with you to confirm:
  • Availability of Product
  • Pricing
  • Artwork Requirements
  • Lead times
  • Any other relevant information

Once all details have been confirmed a proof will be provided for your final signoff, this will be the last chance to make changes before manufacturing.

Delivery


All deliveries are made using National Courier services at our discretion or in person. Standard courier charges may apply.
  • Goods lost and damaged after receipt by the carrier are the responsibility of the carrier and not MAXPRINT SCREENPRINTING AND EMBRODIERY.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise if there is any problem with goods received.

SAMPLES


  • Promotional Product samples are generally Free of Charge courtesy of MAXPRINT SCREENPRINTING AND EMBRODIERY.
  • All clothing samples must be returned in the condition received. Tags to remain on the garment. Garment to be folded and returned to the same packaging. Clothing Samples have a $15+gst reshelving fees paid to suppliers. Our show room has samples available so please ask us first.
  • Samples must be returned within 10 working days or they will be charged out.
